Momentum Mastery Community Subscription Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Momentum Mastery Community! Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they outline important information about your subscription and your rights.

1. Subscription Start and Billing:
Your subscription begins on the date you join and complete registration. Billing starts immediately after any free trial period ends.
Subscriptions are billed monthly at $99, processed automatically each month on your subscription start date.
 

2. Free Trial and Transition to Paid Subscription:
New members may qualify for a one-time free trial, as indicated at the time of signup.
If you do not cancel by the end of the free trial, your account will convert to a paid subscription at $99/month.
After the free trial ends, monthly charges are non-refundable.
 

3. Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel at any time by contacting us at phillip@missionmentorconsulting.com.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, with no prorated refunds for partial months. You retain access until the period ends.
If you cancel during the trial period, no charges will be incurred.
 

4. Changes to Subscription Terms:
We reserve the right to modify subscription fees, benefits, or other terms, with 30 days’ notice. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
 

5. Intellectual Property:
All materials shared through the Momentum Mastery Community (including recordings and resources) are proprietary and owned by Mission Mentor Consulting.
Members may not share, reproduce, or distribute these materials without permission.
 

6. Liability Disclaimer:
The Momentum Mastery Community provides educational content but does not guarantee any specific results or business outcomes.
By participating, you agree that Mission Mentor Consulting is not liable for decisions, actions, or results stemming from your participation.
 

7. Code of Conduct:
Members are expected to engage respectfully with facilitators and participants. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in termination without refund.
 

8. Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Texas. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Texas.
